FREE SHIPPING ACROSS PAKISTAN

We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY all over Pakistan on all orders, unless stated otherwise during promotions or special campaigns.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

*) All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
*) Orders are processed on working days only (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

*) Metro Cities: Delivery within 4–5 working days
*) Smaller Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery within 6–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

*) Online tracking is available for all confirmed orders.
*) Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Important Payment Notice

*) Orders above PKR 10,000 will be processed on BANK DEPOSIT ONLY.
*) COD is not available for orders exceeding PKR 10,000.

DISCOUNTS & PRICING

*) Overlap discounts are not allowed.
*) Mistaag reserves the right to cancel any order if multiple discounts are applied incorrectly.
*) Prices of some products may change due to exchange rate fluctuations without prior notice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled if:
*) Required payment verification is not completed
*) Incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided
*) Discount misuse or policy violation is detected
