RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Mistaag, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and quality control standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We do not offer cash refunds or reversals of payments.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or wish to exchange your purchase, exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for an exchange:
*) The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
*) All original tags and packaging must be intact
*) The Order ID / invoice must be provided
*) The product must be returned in resalable condition
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
*) Panties
*) Bikini bottoms
*) Bodysuits
*) Babydolls
*) Lingerie sets that include panties
*) Silicone bras
*) Accessories
*) Any intimate product worn, washed, or opened
Please ensure your order carefully before confirming, as no exceptions will be made for the above categories.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
*) Customers are responsible for sending the product back to Mistaag for exchange.
*) Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched.
*) If the requested replacement is not available, a store credit coupon of the product value will be issued.
Courier charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
IMPORTANT NOTES
*) Exchange requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be entertained.
*) Products returned without meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected.
*) Mistaag reserves the right to decline any exchange if the product fails inspection.
*) Sale or discounted items are subject to the same policy unless stated otherwise.
